I understand you cannot extract the loops and sell them to third parties as single files. Have I misunderstood this? Because from what I understand I have used the sound within the scope of producing my music for commercial purposes. Exploitation of these music, video and photo files outside the scope of personally created works is prohibited. Exploitation of these music, video and photo files outside the scope of personally created works is illegal. Transfer of these files to third parties for commercial purposes is not permitted. Commercial use constitutes receipt of financial benefits through direct or indirect use of the files (through sale, licensing, ad banners, etc.) This applies to the music, video and photo files included with the product "WebDesigner" with the stipulation that these files may be used in the scope of the purchaser's own commercial website. This also applies to music, video or photo data acquired through or by means of MAGIX products. The music, video and photo files included with MAGIX products may only be used within the scope of producing personally created works to be used for commercial purposes. Line 6 of the EULA on the DVD collection 19 disk reads: I am being told by Magix that I cannot sell my music unless I pay $199 U.S for a professional License. On some of the songs, I have used a drum loop or other Looping instrument.

I have created a music album of my compositions. I have Magix Music maker 2013 Premium I also purchased the DVD Sound Pool Collection 19. What doesnt make sense is, why include a disk of loops and sounds, if you cant use them in the music you write to sell online? So anyway, here are my facts: I have called and spoken to someone at Magix, I have also been emailing them but no clear answers. I will give a full outlook on why I am asking this question. There is a lot of confusion over the rights and useage of the Sound Pools. I have seen simular questions to this but not exactly the answer I was looking for.
